This is 4 years old and still an epic workout 👌
Talk about the squiking (perfect spelling), my friend was embaressed at the gym when he used a old school barbell curl, it had the metal plates that made a wonderful sound when you curled it, I asked him why he was embarrest, and he said it was bc he drove a lot of attention to him, I said, "Then so be it, you're here to workout, let the people know that you work hard". He curled the damn wieghts like there was no tomorrow after that.
That's a pretty good compromise between cardio and muscle building. If I may humbly offer a few pieces of advice to those who are willing to try it out : just do 2 or 3 rounds the first time, especially if you're new to circuit training as it's it's a really intense training method. Experiment with the barbell position on your upper back for squats before starting as the EZ barbell isn't adapted for this exercise. And lastly, don't do your push-ups the way Mike does: hips sagging, incomplete range of motion...The former will put too much tension on your lower back and the latter will undermine your gains. Keep your body straight, go all the way down and push all the way up. When form starts to slip, stop it and switch to the next exercise. Enjoy !
