My wife Katie and I -including our 4 children - celebrated a very special weekend. I met Katie exactly 15 years ago in the northern part of New-Zealand. It was in Pahia, the bayof islands. Katie was 18 years at the time and was traveling "down-under" all by herself, while I was crusing around with my best friend. To me it seems like a lifetime! Fast forward to today. After traveling the world for the longest part of these 15 years, we have arrived in Costa Rica together with our four children and it is time to catch a breath and think about: "Wow! How did we make this work for so long?" Well. at least this is the most asked question people ask us, when we tell them for how long we are related. What they actually really want to know is this: "How can I create such a beautiful long-term relationship?" Katie and I have been thinking about this question, and want to present our 5 secrets to you, why we made it for so long. (And honestly guys, I plan to stay together with her for the rest of my life.) However: It is not like we are in blissful harmony all day long. Not at all! We also do argue a lot. But we argue with respect. We talk things through until we get at least a compromise we both can live with. And this alone can be a very exhausting and time-consuming process. But I believe this to be one of our secrets. We communicate until it hurts. This has granted us the possibility to grow together, and not grow apart. Of course this is just one of our 5 secrets, and if you want to know them all, then we ask you to just click the play button and watch the video - AFTER you subscribed here on YOUTUBE of course...
Enjoy this video dear brothers and sisters!
Lotsa luv and sunshine from Costa Rica Katie and Ka Sundance (+ all the kids)
