Here are a few tips and tricks I have for finding time to workout with a young child at home. Want to know more about me? My name is Nichole! I am a full time teacher, wife to an amazing man and mom to a 19 month old boy. Over the last year fitness has become a very important part of my life. I have gained so much energy, excitement and confidence from getting fit again and you could too! I have used several programs like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, The Biggest Loser workouts, Turbo Jams, Chalene Extreme and Turbo Fire. I have even started walking groups and completed my first half marathon. Fitness is something all of us can accomplish! All you have to do is decide, commit and succeed!
