Me doing the Heart of Hugh Brody, armwrestling crossfit workout, which was created by the #1 armwrestler in the world, Devon Larratt. Note: Devon used 100 lbs. dumbbells and I am using 45's.

@ezitsmiglaa I did this workout ONE TIME please and YES I AM a better ARMWRESTLER than the guys in that gym BECAUSE they don't ARMWRESTLE, not because of the workout I did ONE TIME please think before you post

@thefanaticx Yeah, the gym rats were looking at me like "why are you doing push-ups." but I just ignore them. If they wanna armwrestle me I'll show them what's up.
