We always like to have some little things around to nibble at Christmas time. In this video I show you how to make blinis - small Russian pancakes - topped with smoked salmon and soured cream and bacon and tomato. These blinis are leavened with yeast so they take a bit of time but it's well worth it! Also in this video I make some vegetarian not-sausage rolls filled with chestnut and cranberry stuffing.
