Today we share our delicious Luscious Summer Tonic Recipe for cooling the body and getting essential vitamins, minerals, fiber and amino acids...plus, it will make you feel sweeter and more luscious!

Ingredients: 2 cups coconut milk, 1 banana, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 Tblsp chia seeds (soaked for 15 min in 1/8 cup water), 1/2 - 2/3 cup mixed berries (fresh + organic is best), 3 pitted medjool dates

Blend all (except chia seeds) in a vitamix or blender until smooth. Add chia seeds and blend on low for 10 seconds.
