What work environment makes everyone perform to the best of their ability? Michael is president of E Pluribus Partners, a leadership training and coaching firm. He is the primary author of the bestselling book Fired Up or Burned Out and The Connection Culture manifesto on ChangeThis.com. Michael has diverse experience having worked in investment banking, marketing and finance at organizations including Morgan Stanley, Barclays PLC and Texas Instruments. He is a guest lecturer on leadership, productivity and innovation at the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business and the Center for Creative Leadership.
