The Father Muller Simulation and Skills Centre, commissioned in November 2015, is a state-of-the-art training facility for learning clinical skills.The advanced facility caters to the students of the Medical, Allied Health and Nursing Sciences. The undergraduate curriculum will be integrated regular simulation classes which will begin as early as the first week of April. Training programs will be conducted for the healthcare and non-healthcare personnel of the institution and general public.The centre currently houses full body high fidelity simulators for maternal foetal care and human patient care also with simulators for laparoscopy and cardiac ultrasound training. The facility has been segregated into ICU, OT and OPD setups to create realistic clinical scenarios.
