Ingredients:
2 to 4 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup all purpose flour (optional)
8 Tablespoons butter (113 grams)
1 to 3 Tablespoons red curry paste
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
lime juice
cilantro (coriander leaf)
salt/pepper/oil for frying

I apologize, I missed a step in the video..
I salted and peppered the wings and then rolled them in the all purpose flour.
Then I made the sauce while the wings were resting with the flour on them.
Your wing sauce will look odd after a while, the butter will form back into little chunks, but when you add the hot fried wings into the sauce, the butter will melt again.

You can also bake the wings in a hot oven (425 to 450F) for 40 minutes instead of frying them, then plunge them into the sauce.
