This is a new series called "Furious Fitness". I will be going over different body parts I train as well as talking to real experts on different kinds of training (Strongman, Fitness Models, Olympic Trainers, KB Masters etc). This will be an awesome series for you all to enjoy!
The Chest Workout I did in this video:
Incline Dumbbell Bench - 5-6 Sets - Start light then move to a heavy weight for 6 working reps.
Flat Barbell Bench - 3- 4 Sets - Start medium heavy then go heavy. Go down to 3 reps for the last set
Decline Dumbbell Flies - 3-4 Sets - Focus on medium weight and focus on going wide with a slight bend in arms
Weighted Dips - 5 sets - Make sure you have a slight bend forward and a wider grip to focus on just the chest
Cable Cross-overs - 3-4 sets - No need for a real heavy weight just focus on squeezing the pec and finishing off the chest.
