PK Install guide; http://youtu.be/0VlM_pwjAbw

Pumped-Up Kicktails boost your carbon Apex's ollie capacity and pop, add board feel, increase nosewidth, open up all sorts of tailblock / blunt variations, change the plane of contact for increase manual capabilities and last but not least, keep your nose safe from any and all havok your freestyle (or other) riding may wreak on your favorite longboard deck.

While the Apex thin-ness also makes PKs incompatible non-Apex longboards, the consistency (3ply Maple x 0.375 inches) across all carbon Apexes means that you can match your PKs to whatever Apex deck length and concave you choose.

PK's are compatible with the 2011 Apex 37, the DK Apex 40 AvRockerConcave, DoubleConcave and the new Apex 40 DiamondDrop (which has a few shots in this video). They are also compatible with all future concaves of the upcoming DK Apex 34 and 2012 / 2013 DK Apex 37 releasing this September.

Constructed of blast resistent FRP, Pumped-Up Kicktails are meant to last 6 to 12 months under normal riding conditions, 3 to 6 months for the avid "I shred every day" freestyler / freerider, or protect your board from one to three extreme impacts at 35 mph+. During impacts that would dent or smash a nose through the guard, PK's are designed to absorb energy by shattering leaving you free to replace the guard on an un-damaged nose (critical to ease of attaching your next kicktail).

The Pumped-Up Kicktail install kit will retail for $24.00 with assembly Hardware.
Replacement PKs will be available for $9.50 single or $19.00 for two (without hardware).
Available in both Matte Black and Pure White the coming days on the Original site. Shipping is free.
