We sit down with Robert McLeman, Associate Professor of Geography & Environmental Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, to hear his insights on the local impacts of climate change. Dr. McLeman and his team have been tracking these changes in relation to hockey through Rink Watch, a Citizen Science led project collecting data from across North America. In a new analysis for the Greenbelt Foundation, they also examined the difference green infrastructure makes in extending the outdoor hockey season.
