In this video Jennifer shows you how to do toe touches and how to stretch before you do them.

Cheering is combination of dance, acrobatics, tumbling & stunt work. It's a dangerous sport in the extreme that requires a great deal of practice and being flexible. There is more to a cheer than girls in short skirts simply screaming at a pep rally. Jennifer was a teen age girl high school cheerleader. In these series of videos she will show people how to do some jumps, dance moves and amazing stunts involved in cheerleading. Additionally she will show you leg stretch routines which can be done as work outs to improve body flexibility so a person can safely do moves like the splits, high kicks and others. These are skills that are vital to succeeding as a cheerleader or dance team member so you won't fail. Whether you are in highschool cheering or not, these videos can be used as workouts.
