Update 1: Hey, I've put up a thread on the official LoL forums. If you guys wouldn't mind bumping it if you enjoy the series I'd really appreciate it:

Update 2: I may be scrapping the second video idea for recommended items, there is an enormous amount of per-video work that may significantly slow down releasing new Don't Feeds.

Bush surprise! I had a few enjoyable moments with him, particularly that quadra kill at the end of this movie (kicking myself that I didn't go after Wukong for the penta). To me, the great moments always had to do with his ultimate and whether I could complete the cast.

Nunu is one of the simplest champions in League of Legends -- he is super 1-dimensional. He is effectively a tutorial-mode champion who I can really see as being ideal for new players (which doesn't make him bad in more competitive matchups by itself, don't misunderstand). There is a decent skillcap on being really effective with his ultimate, and his Blood Boil benefits from players getting used to smart casting.

I didn't get many great clips from him. Meh. Since I don't have the mini-guide up, I'd like to add that one thing you don't see in these clips that I really should have been purchasing in more games was Banshee's Veil.

I chose Nunu (rather than Kassadin) specifically because he is a simple champion. This allowed me to refocus my time onto all of the editing for the movie, and all those changes should be obvious throughout this movie. Going forward, I will be using (and improving) on this template. Please feel free to make suggestions!

The other big change I'm making is the addition of a second follow-up video that strictly covers runes/masteries/skills/items. The idea behind this is that I have a good deal of spare time where I can't play League of Legends to learn champions b/c of the newborn, but I'd still like to work on the Don't Feed series and I'm already writing a big chunk of extra text on this anyway.

With these guides, I'll be adding a lot of links to the movie information so you can see the guides I read while learning the champion. These are usually from SoloMid, but also from Leaguecraft and Mobafire as well. And the "Cheat Sheet" referred to will be a quick image that you can keep on your desktop for a champion to quickly reference items, skill order, etc., just as you probably already do with websites like SoloMid.

Nunu's mini-guide won't be available immediately -- I still need to make the Adobe Premiere template for it and get the image sets ready. I hope/expect to have it done before Ahri releases.

Ahri will be the next Don't Feed. I *may* get back to Kassadin after that, finally.

Finally, I'll see about getting annotations on past movies to make a streamlined experience across the series.

Help people learn about this series by sharing your thoughts on the official LoL forum thread:

Don't Feed is a video series that covers champions in greater detail than the Champion Spotlight. This series is descriptive, not prescriptive, meaning that I aim to provide you with solid information without telling you which items, runes, or masteries are best (as these frequently change). With this information, you can better play against these champions, and you may be interested in learning to play them. Even after more than a thousand games, I am still learning new things about these champions by making these videos, and I'm sure the vast majority of LoL players can learn a lot from these.

My goal is to provide these videos for all champions in League of Legends.

I've written a book! Want to learn tons about tanking and the math and theory behind it? The concepts apply to both MMORPG and MOBA games. Learn more here:
