A quick demonstration of a mixed light setup for video. I'm using tungsten balanced lights for my key or main light on my face and mixing it with daylight balanced LED's in the background and as a small highlight light on my shoulders, face and hair.

Ideally I'd probably want to have some "barn doors" on the F&V R-300 LED backlight to make it more directional having it only light up my shoulder, hair and the side of my face avoiding spill on the background and giving the background it's own dedicated light source. This would round out this look a little better as would having a more diffused key light to even out the shadow side of my face.
