Youth Football Player Safety Coach Michael Brandt of Noblesville, Ind., demonstrates the proper way of tackling with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell playing the role of a ball carrier. Commissioner Goodell hosted Brandt, two other Player Safety Coaches and USA Football at the NFL offices to discuss Heads Up Football, a free program that teaches proper tackling technique, concussion awareness and offers coaching education to youth football leagues.
