This screen recording shows how to interactively build oligosaccharides with the molecular modeling program YASARA (www.yasara.org). Force field parameters for the growing oligosaccharide are derived automatically, and after a short energy minimization, the next building block can be added. The example shows how lactose is built from galactose and glucose.
