Improve the health of your lungs
Lungs are one of the largest organs in the body. In addition to not smoking, regular exercise and eating certain foods can help improve health of your lungs.
Aerobic exercise could help improve your lungs and strengthen your body's ability to use oxygen. Eating foods like carrots, sweet potatoes, corn and oranges could also help reduce your risk of developing lung related illnesses.
