This is a new video segment where I talk about stuff that I like, and tell you why. I'm going to try hard to keep it under five minutes. You'll also get to see me do a topical drawing or illustration.
This week, I'm discussing Gravity, the new film by Alfonso Cuaron. It stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney. My only advice is for you to stay away from any spoilers before watching this film. I think there are legitimate surprises that you won't expect.
This movie was great, and I think it really does a good job of featuring the emotional components of loss and fear. Sort of like Children of Men did. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful film, but that's not all that it is.
