After 3 years of planning, preparation, design, sweat, and anticipation, the New Dinosaur Hall has finally arrived at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County! My god, the last few days have been a feverish blur of editing and rendering sprinkled with doctor appointments! I make a few jokes in here that may get my videos yanked due to Youtube's anal-retentive copyright enforcement (they better not! each of these segments took two hours to render with an additional hour and a half to upload! That's too much time to remove an 8 second clip! The same goes for errors i may have made.). Sorry for the slight hackneyed splitting of the segments: blame youtube's 15 minute limit (except that when i was in the middle of uploading these videos i was notified that i can now upload videos longer than 15 minutes. Could have used that information a little sooner; but at the same time woohoo!) So just sit back and enjoy me rambling about my sneak peek at the new Dinosaur Hall as well as some interviews with the Dinosaur Institute personnel.
