RAKIM The GOD MC has definitely left his prints all over the Hip-Hop Game. Since 1985 RAKIM has been loyal to the genre of HIP-HOP and continues to make music in a generation that consist of that "CROSS-OVER" POP component.
Recognize as one of the GREATEST M.Cs of all time, Rakim's legendary status began to formulate back in the golden age of hip-hop (Late 80s) when he teamed up with Eric B. and released their debut album "Paid in Full" .
8 years later the duo split up due to contract issues, but their music remain CLASSICs!
