Datsik's destructive take on Bassnectars Boombox. Almost switching back to his old style on this one, sounding to me like a bunch of robot orphans.

Am I the only one who thinks that people who say "Skrillex is the best" are just too lazy to check out other dubstep producers??

If you love dubstep, or what is considered "dubstep" and got into recently, you owe it to yourself to atleast check out older datsik, older excision, rusko, noisia, bassnectar, before ALL these guys sold out. Not to sound like a complete hypster, but anyone whos been listening to dubstep for years knows what Im talking about.

I guess it's just preference. I can jam to dubstep from 2009-2012 forever and never get bored, the stuff the past few years just isn't really my style. there are some artists still killing it though, im a big fan of excision, dubloadz, eptic, datsik, etc.

I think what happens is over time people get obsessed with trends and the trends start to dominate. It happens with a lot of things.

It's very rare that I find a remix to be better than the original. All hail the dubstep god Datsik!

MrSwadloon
Drumstep and Dubstep are so similar, that's like saying "this isn't rock, it's hard rock."
