Here's the "Usual" time-line you will see for a
perceptive persons' progression toward dressing in
Country Western wear either regularly or as an
"Alter-Ego."

Folks show up at a Country Western Venue as a
"Tourist-Pilgrim-Nubie-Tenderfoot". During that
(those) initial visits they begin to observe what
folks of their gender are wearing.

Most usually the Dance Instructor or Band
Members at a Honky-Tonk or, the best Bull Riders
at a Rodeo event catch the "Nubie's" eye and
become role-models for their manner of attire.




Sometimes after frequent forays to C&W Venues, a
person will begin to notice country musicians and
personalities on television and the Internet. They
will begin to fashion a vision of what they would
like to look like on future C&W venue forays.

Usually "Normal Folk" will not remain on the
outside looking in for long when to comes to
Dressing Western. Most people have a pair of
JEANS and that is the First Western apparel item
they will endeavor to wear.

Financial considerations come into play beyond this
point.




Next will come a SHIRT, because it is the second
least expensive C&W wardrobe item. Then a HAT,
followed by BELT, BUCKLE & BOOTS. Beyond
that various ACCESSORIES will begin to appear.
