Here is the workout layout of this 15 minute workout you can do at home...

1. Squats to shoulder press to triceps extensions.

Do 10-to-20 reps of these. Pick a weight that you are only able to do 8-to-12 reps of extensions with. Do not pick a heavy weight you can easily handle with your legs in the squat because then you will not be able to do the extensions with the higher weight. This first exercise in the circuit firms and tones your legs, shoulders and your triceps (or the back of your arms)

2. Overhead side bends with a broom.

Do any number of reps on each side that you want to as long as it comes after you do the Squats to shoulder press to triceps extensions complex. See a newer version (a 6 minute workout video with the broom) here @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iULbd... this overhead side bend with a broom works your obliques which are the muscles under the love handles but it will not burn off love handles (it helps some) but more diet and exercise is needed to fully get rid of love handles but do at least 12 reps on each side before going to the next exercise.

3. Row-to-triceps extensions.

Do at least 15 reps of these and again pick a weight you can do 8-to-12 reps of triceps extensions with because if you pick a heavier weight you are used to doing back rows with then you are just going to end up not being able to do the triceps extensions and/or you will use bad form prevent you from getting a good triceps workout in the process.

4. Correct sit-ups.

All you are doing here is holding a sit-up in the static position to get a better ab workout without hitting your hip flexors that much.

Do at least 5 reps where you hold each rep for at least 5 seconds. See more on doing sit-ups correctly @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TMwl... and of course this ab exercise works your ab muscles and just like side bends will not burn off love handles this part of the 15 minute workout will not burn off belly fat (you need diet and exercise so see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v8rp...) to lose belly fat.


5. Repeat the entire workout as many times as you can for a full 15 minute or more workout to get a good total body workout.

Do this workout up to 3 times a week but never on back-to-back to days to firm and tone your body all over from head-to-toe or to look better naked from head-to-toe.

This is an old video I made back in 2005. If you do not mind the quality of the video and focus on the quality of the workout then I can assure you that you will look better for doing this workout by helping you look good naked by working all the muscles in your body from head-to-toe
