State of Electricity Access Report (SEAR) 2017

A snapshot of the status of electricity access in the world, SEAR explores how countries can create a conducive environment for countries to make universal electricity access a reality, how clean energy fits into the picture and how innovative service delivery models can accelerate progress toward the sustainable goal on energy – SDG7. SEAR is funded by the World Bank’s Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP).
