This video is for sugar free, natural homemade pancake syrup and granola. Store bought sugar-free syrup is full of artificial ingredients and granola is packed with sugar. Neither are good for a healthy diet.

Syrup- 1 cup water, 1 cup Stevia, 1 tsp vanilla extract and cinnamon. Bring to a rolling boil then let cool.

Granola- Shake 2 cups old fashion oats with 1/4 cup syrup and cinnamon. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes, stir then another 20 minutes.

Protein Blend (31 grams protein) - 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop vegan protein powder ( I use PlantFusion, it has great stats and tastes good!), 1 tbs natural peanut butter, 1/3 cup blueberries and blend.

Pour over 1/2 cup granola, half a banana and some blueberries
