http://www.DaggettShulerLaw.com Under the laws of Workers' Compensation, Worker's Compensation basically provides three things. Now this is overly simplified, but this is the way it works,. Workers' Compensation is supposed to pay all reasonable and necessary medical expenses as well as any auxiliary medical expenses that are incurred with the case. Second is, temporary disability payments, while you're unable to work, and then permanent disability payments for any lingering or lasting injury that you have. Now the thing to be really careful about, is if you have an injury that impairs your ongoing earning capacity or if at some point in the future, your injury is going to impair your ability to work or your income earning capacity. Those are really crucial situations where you probably need some expert advice and help in handling your claim.
