We all know that physical activity is essential to good health. But you don't have to exercise in traditional settings like a health club or a gym. You can be active anywhere; use the environment around you. Jacinta Riedinger, a Wellness Coordinator for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, demonstrates how to perform basic fitness exercises on standard playground equipment. So, the next time you take the kids to the park, take your own "recess" and engage in physical activity while the kids are playing nearby.
