Simple to make french style crepes are stuffed with Smoked Salmon, Arugula & a creamy Mustard sauce. Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!

SMOKED SALMON Crepes with a Dijon MUSTARD sauce
โ€ข 2 whole Eggs
โ€ข 250 ml Milk
โ€ข 250 ml + extra Water
โ€ข 250 gms sifted all purpose Flour
โ€ข Pinch of Salt

โ€ข Beat the eggs and add the Milk and Water
โ€ข Add the Flour a little at a time till fully incorporated with no lumps
โ€ข Add Salt
โ€ข Transfer to a smaller jug to make it easy to pour
โ€ข Heat some oil in a pan, pour some batter and swirl
โ€ข Flip over and cook the other side
โ€ข Makes about 14- 15 crepes
