One of the many rhythms you can make with Bounce Metronome Pro's polyrhythm metronome. http://bouncemetronome.com/features/p...

It is a normal 4 : 3 polyrhythm, but I added a copy of each part ishifted in time by half a beat - so the 4 is shifted in time by an eighth of the measure, and the 3 part is shifted by a sixth of the measure to create this syncopated feel (i.e. played "off the beat").

Then I also emphasized the shifted parts and kept the original parts quieter, to create this syncopated feel.

The parts playing the syncopated beats never meet up exacty.

This video is like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rhw7JZ... but with the main beats in each part played quietly on top of the syncopated rhythm so you can hear where they are.
