How to make homemade whip cream. Homemade whipped cream is so much better than store bought and it takes less time to make than a trip to the store. Try whipping your own cream for your next dessert or just for fresh fruit. Delicious!
Basic Whipped Cream Recipe
1 teaspoon vanilla 2-3 tablespoons of sugar 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions Place a metal mixing bowl and metal whisk into the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Place the cream, vanilla and sugar into the mixing bowl. Whip with electric mixer until the cream reaches stiff peaks. Store any unused portion in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
