This video shows some of the flash flooding that occurred in the Nashwaak River in Taymouth NB on Dec 14th, 2010. 10 cm of rain fell during the last few days and the river has swelled to flood levels. The roads were closed to Fredericton and many local residents have been impacted by the high waters. It hasn't been this bad since 1973. This video also shows a die-hard driver driving through a closed section of the road, despite all warning and the fact that he was in danger just to get to town. He got through but came back 5 mins later only to try another route...
