The Excel Society is a non-profit organization that encourages persons with disabilities to achieve personal and community-based goals, while promoting their potential for independent living and community-based employment.

The City of Edmonton partnered with the Excel Society for an "Abilities in Action" Employment Experience Program in an effort to increase workforce diversification in the Edmonton Area.
