Custom Built Personal Training provides anywhere from one to three comprehensive Introductory Workouts to all members of In-Shape Health Clubs in the Central Valley. The Introductory Workout includes the following: * Thorough review of your health and exercise history. * Detailed discussion of your fitness goals and a road map on how to achieve those goals. * Body Fat composition test. * Machine orientation or workout tailored to your fitness goals and experience. * An educational segment that helps you avoid the most common pitfalls that prevent health club members from achieving their fitness goals. * A discussion of the personal training programs offered by Custom Built Personal Training.

If you decide to enroll in one of our programs, our personal trainers will provide the knowledge, motivation, and accountability to ensure that you reach your fitness goals. If you are member in one of the health clubs in which we operate, and have not taken advantage of your introductory workout, or have had your introductory workout and would like to schedule another workout with one of our managers, contact us today!
