New Dance Fitness routine to Tranquila by J Balvin. ( Available on iTunes) This one really challenges the quads and glutes. The slow controlled movements build and tone muscles, so the lower and wider your stance the better. Try to bring the heels up high in the verse to give the quads some relief from holding the squat position for so long. Keep those abs tight also! This choreo is original, but does mimic a similar pattern from Z- convention choreo. performed in LA this year by the beautiful Heidi! Hope your students enjoy it as much as ours have!
