Thank you for watching! Here are my top 10 ways I lose weight! Please consult your physician before trying any diets or exercise program. Top 10 Ways to Lose Weight
1. Drink lots of water, at least 8 oz. 2. Do cardio 1st thing in the morning 3. Eat 5-6 times a day, every 2-3 hours 4. Strength train 3-5 days a week, muscle burns fat 5. Eat dark green veggies, more than 2-3x a day; ie, broccoli, asparagus, green beans,romaine lettuce 6. Do not snack between meals 7. Do 45 min-1 hour of cardio at least 5x a week 8. Cut down on sodium 9. Cut down on starchy carbs 10. Do not eat after 8pm
