We wanted to show you Leon's arm workout for those of you looking for bigger arms, if you want to just tone your muscles drop the weight & do 15 reps.
The key to bigger arms is the Triceps there are 3 heads or parts to them hence the name "TRI"ceps, because the biceps has only 2 heads "BI"ceps this means you can lift heavier on the tricep exercises. So be sure to start with a big bar move like tricep press to push the most weight & get the maximum gains on your arms.
