We started this stage trailing 5 minutes behind the leader Fan Fan in an Evo X and less than 2 minutes ahead of Mike in his 2L AWD Satria. Seeing no reason to chase or run, we took a conservative approach but still kept enough pace to enjoy the nice flowing stage. The completion of this stage officially gave us D24 our first podium finish in our 3 years of rallying since winning the Zero2Hero and also a clean sweep record of P10 class (1.6L) and a near clean sweep for 2wd (if not for Karamjit winning 1 of the rounds haha).

Gearbox: Close ratio (its never close enough), Triniti Clutch (by Mr. Wong)
Suspension: Drummonds aka DMS
Tires: 15" Yokohama A030 (soft compound)
Roll cage: Custom made by SRF
Brakes: Standard caliper & rotor with BRIG high temp pads
Fluids: Torco Oil and Q8

Other settings:
1. Had a last minute alignment adjustment in the previous stage when we went sideways at spectator area & forgot that the tires weren't up to temperature. Clipped a bank and the result was a bent lower arm, massive toe out & camber. The car goes into massive oversteer on right handers.
2. Weight reduction. We ran sump guard-less on Day 2 coz we lost in the last stage of Day 1. All 4 bolts came undone & the sump guard just dropped. We didn't go look for it at kedai besi buruk nearby though.
