There are social and political implications on the way Latino immigrants relate to African Americans and Whites. There have been some tensions between Latinos and African Americans, even when they are part of the same communities. The question is. How will this tension affect the presidential election? Will Latinos vote for Obama, and African American candidate despite all frictions between the two communities? Or will they vote for him precisely because he is part of minority? Will the way they vote influence in the future relationship between these two groups, and either create a greater tensions or help to unite them?
