Car crashing through a wall using reactor, only for max 7 or up uses, no modeling required

For the people who do not have the left reactor toolbar, follow these steps:

On the top toolbar click customize then customize user interface. Once the new window opens, click on the toolbars tab, there should be a list box, on default it should say Axis Constraints, change it to Reactor, it should be set to hide, untick hide and we now have the left reactor toolbar.
