Note#1:
To Clarify: "Innate/Adaptive" is NOT interchangable with "Primary/Secondary" terms. There's also a difference between "1st/2nd TIME"and "Primary/Secondary RESPONSE." (After learning terms from this video, it'll be easier to learn "Secondary Response" details from textbooks.)

"1st time": Innate fights with cytokines, NK cells, etc.
"Eventually fight it off" - If Innate doesn't win quickly, you win via Abo production (not Innate) "2nd time" INCLUDES "Secondary Response" (memory) -but Innate (no memory) is still active.
The "2nd time:" Innate is SUPPLEMENTED by a much more effective Adaptive.
If there was no "Adaptive", then the "2nd time" would NOT be different from "1st time".
