This music from 2008 just causes goosebumps. I do not want to spread the composition by exploiting the tragedy of Trayvon Martin. I uploaded the picture and track together hoping that people get some consolation, but mainly strength from it. If people, especially Trayvon's friends and family, feel offended by the upload, I will take it down again.

Details of the composition:
"Blues for Black Hoodies" (2008)
Performed by SONYC - the String Orchestra of New York City
+ pre-recorded vocals (Wordisbon), turntables & drum machine.
A setting of the rap song "Blues For Black Hoodies" by emcee and producer Wordisbon (aka Kevin J. Estwick). The lyrics explore the plight of young urban African-Americans, set in a bed of strings, beats, and turntables.
