Gourmet Kitschen : Episode 1
In episode 1, Erica teaches Danielle and Cesca how to make a simple but delicious brunch that is a twist on the usual tapsilog or toast and eggs. Gourmet Kitschen is a show by an amateur for amateurs. Nothing difficult here. Just fun, food, friends and silliness.

1. 8 slices of brioche 2. butter 3. 8 eggs 4. 8 handsful of grated cheese of your choice 5. 16 strips of bacon 6. 1/2 cup brown sugar 7. 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
