Gourmet Kitschen : Episode 1

In episode 1, Erica teaches Danielle and Cesca how to make a simple but delicious brunch that is a twist on the usual tapsilog or toast and eggs. Gourmet Kitschen is a show by an amateur for amateurs. Nothing difficult here. Just fun, food, friends and silliness.

Eggs Rothko + Candied Bacon (serves 4)

1. 8 slices of brioche
2. butter
3. 8 eggs
4. 8 handsful of grated cheese of your choice
5. 16 strips of bacon
6. 1/2 cup brown sugar
7. 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Breakfast Shawritos (serves 4)

1. 4 pcs tortilla
2. 2 cups angus beef tapa
3. 2 cups rice
3. 4 native tomatoes, sliced
4. 1 medium onion, chopped
5. Coriander

For the sauce

1. 1 packet del monte cheese magic, heated
2. 1 1 tub nestle plain yogurt
3. 1-2 cloves garlic
4. salt and pepper


1. 1-2 bananas
2. soy milk or chocolate milk
3. 1 heaping tb of peanut butter
4. as much bailey's as you want
5. broken up chocolate bar
