Here's a quick overview of what to expect from a Client's point of view when using our Hiring Simulation Assessment software.
Traditional interviews do not tell the hiring team if the candidate can perform the key activities of the job in their specific environment. Many candidates today can practice for an interview and know what to answers on standard questions. Some candidates are naturally good in interviews and others not so good. In a Simulation Assessment a candidate is moved away from the interview and allowed to think and acted in the role.
