BEST! Me Boot Camp Outdoor Adventure!
Our BMBC-OA program is a four-week outdoor adventure full of fun, dynamic, and functional fitness instruction, nutritional education and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Fitness Trainer Becca Marino. Camp will be three days per week for 60 minutes each session. Coach Becca will send you empowering e-mails to educate and inspire you towards making positive and permanent lifestyle changes during the week. Coach Becca will give you immediate feedback on any questions you have during the program, and help track your progress and ensure you see the most dramatic results in a fun and supportive environment in 4 weeks time.

What can I achieve in camp?

Your body will become more fit and toned, more flexible, and your cardiovascular endurance will dramatically improve. You will gain more confidence making improvements in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your muscles, tone your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals and become their BEST, HEALTHIEST, and FITTEST self! You will experience a transformation of the mind , body, and spirit. You will gain valuable incite on how to make exercise and healthy eating a permanent and enjoyable part of your life. You'll receive a 15% discount for additional training services, 30% discount for body composition testing, and 15% discount for reenlisting in the next camp.
