This Is The Nicest Example Of This Style Of Concho Belt We Have Ever Had
- It has a great patina and the stones are variegated by age from turquoise into lovely greens
- The oval conchos are hand scalloped and simply stamped on the outer edge
- The interior of these larger conchos is plain with the center design being a nice four-directional stamped cross with an inset stone. This gives a very balanced design
- The small butterflies separating each conchos are very daintily scalloped and use the same edge stamp
- The matching stamp to the larger four-directional sign is also used on the butterfly above and below the single stone
- All the stones are of the same size and this piece has such a clean and balanced look
- The buckle is also beautifully designed, being centrally the same design as the larger conchos
- On each side of the buckle concho, beaten out of the same piece of silver, is a fan shaped piece with the same border and scalloped design utilizing the same stamp and an additional raincloud stamp
- The silver is a nice heavy weight and the piece is in perfect condition with a heavy patina
- The belt will fit a 32" waist or smaller
- The buckle is 3" long x 1 3/8" wide
- The larger conchos are 1 5/8" long x 1 1 1/8" wide
- The butterflies are 5/8" wide x 1 1/8" long
- Native American Jewelry
