While everyone was watching tornadoes the Senate passed a bill that would allow the Untied States to intervene in Syria with weapons and funding support for the rebels. Senator Rand Paul was one of the very few senators that did not vote to approve this bill, for the obvious reason that we would be putting the weapons in the hands of Al-Qaeda/ISIS.
