The original activation sound for the night vision goggles featured in the classic Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell games.

I had so much trouble finding a clean sound byte of this, so I decided to do it myself. This sound effect was taken directly from the game's files - to be specific, from Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory's Versus multiplayer files.
