Day 9 | Week 2 - My Body Transformation Journey | Strong and Concentrated Forces!

So today's body transformation program was particularly hectic. Even though I love challenges, it was still crazy.

But in a good way.

I'll break down what I did below in a bit.

I had to end up doing a Mani. And now, not the nice, relaxing kind you get at spas.

This was pure shit!

You basically do 75 Plate Situps (with weight) and then 75 Plate cocoons.

Just search for it. You'll see many examples of this nonsense.

Again didn't have breakfast, only because I didn't have milk. Uhm yes. No other reason.

I usually do something similar to Oats called Futurelife Zero, with 500ml of Full cream (now Low Fat milk), 30g of Whey and a Banana.

Throw that in a blender and you're smiling. I didn't smile today though.

I did take my BCAAs whilst at the gym and I felt good. That's what counts right?

As for today's transformation program. This is what I did:

Warmups:

20 Squats
20 Lunge and Twists
20 Arm and Leg Raises
10 Pushups

Workout Routine: šŸ‹šŸ»

10 x 5 Sumo Deadlifts (A)
10 x 5 Weighted Lunges (B)

A - B Superset. Each set lasting no longer than 4 min each.

500m x 5 Rowing (done in max 24min)

Then this Mani nonsense.

Situps were done in the following manner:

25 Plate Sit-ups (5kg)
25 Plate Cocoons (5kg)

Rest

20 Plate Sit-ups (5kg)
20 Plate Cocoons (5kg)

Rest

15 Plate Sit-ups (5kg)
15 Plate Cocoons (5kg)

Rest

10 Plate Sit-ups (5kg)
10 Plate Cocoons (5kg)

Rest

5 Plate Sit-ups (5kg)
5 Plate Cocoons (5kg)

Hell!

That was that.

Make the decision to do something today. Then focus 100% on getting it done.

Small actions add up big time and quickly gets you to where you want to go.

Weak and scattered thoughts are weak and scattered forces.

Strong and concentrated thoughts are strong and concentrated forces.
