NVidia 8800GT video card fix using an oven to simulate a GPU reflow procedure! Video includes details and tips for a successful baking process, and tips for people trying this for the first time!

The short version...
-remove heatsink and thermal paste
-preheat oven to 395F (200°C)
-bake for 10 min

Please note that the cooking oven has to be preheated at 395F (200°C) before putting the card in it. Cook your card for 10 minutes.

The procedure requires you to lay an aluminum foil beneath the card so that heat can be reflected, also make sure the card is raised using small aluminum balls. Card is placed in the oven GPU side up!

You need to disconnect the heat sink from the card and clean the dust before inserting it in the preheated oven

Put new thermal pads and paste back on when you re-assemble the card!
